Standart Tie Rods

In LAMGLAS Skytec® planar façade system the standard point fixing element’s rods are manufactured 100 mm. This countersink system has 38 mm fitted diameter and capable of fully carrying.105 kg per rod and these precision elements are made of 304-quality inox material with CNC machine manufacturing. Consist of 4 parts:

1. Sunk: 316-quality-inox manufactured material is countersunk placed between the glasses.

2. Contra: It reacts as a counter against the countersunk material in the glass

3. Tighten: It allows the transfer shaft to act as a movable head behind the contra.

4. Transfer shaft: This part of fittings transfers the complete weight of the glass units to the main structure. It is made of 304-quality inox by CNC machine manufacturing with the features; 14 mm diameter and 100 mm length.

SPECIAL TIE RODS

The point fixing rods within the LAMGLAS Skytec® planar façade system are manufactured often non-standard and project basis. Each project has different obligations so parallel to this the manufacturing of these fittings are also various and specific. As with all products of our company these fittings are also our own productions. Through the determination of various forms and function of materials virtually any application-oriented production is possible.
